The Hair Xtacy Academy is a cosmetology school in Burlington offering hair stylist courses specifically designed to help you master your craft and operate your hairdressing business. The lessons are interesting and leave plenty of space for questions and discussion. Every class begins with a demonstration from one of Hair Xtacy's very own award-winning hair professionals and ends with students acquiring hands-on experience with mannequins from their kits. I have always felt that the academy salon had a wholesome atmosphere given that instructors are always available to you and they know you by name. You don't feel like you're ‘just a number’. I did a lot of research before deciding to pursue an education with Hair Xtacy Academy but the most notable feature was learning in a smaller group setting and getting the attention you need to cultivate your craft. He makes sure that our teachers are also instilling modern day salon practices and prepares us for client consultations, social media presence and product knowledge. Learning from the real masters of hair themselves has definitely been an experience to keep. More than that, I am so lucky to have created genuine friendships along the way. I am grateful to Frozan, our Colour Director and mentor, for always offering the best instructions and advice. You can ask her any question and she’ll be there with all the answers. Even on days when she is not instructing students she can be seen working on clients from big colour corrections to your everyday blondes and then she brings those experiences to the classroom. Frozan is undeniably hard working and for the rest of my life, I will be extremely thankful for having a brilliant educator like her. The students are very lucky to have her.
